1990-1999
The project has been abandoned. It drained the money, resources, and time of me and several other individuals over a nine-year timespan. Due to personal time contraints (and interest in other projects), I have placed the project on permanent hiatus. Some of the technologies that I learned about in my quest for DARTS will live on in other projects. I am continuing to update the History as I have time, so that others may learn the lessons that I have learned.
